I just receive my Indiana event book and found your event(lawn mower) and was wondering if it was open to all or just member only?

The Twelve Mile 500 Lawnmower Race is open to all with a lawnmower that the meets the rules.
What the HP limit for each class if there is any?

There is no HP limit. For the Briggs class, the engines must be 4 cycle and factory appearing. The engines in Super Stock are also be 4 cycle. All 2 cycle engines will be placed in the Modified Class.
